My Story

My path to becoming a healer wasn't linear it was forged through my own journey of trauma, awakening, and deep personal transformation. I know what it feels like to carry pain that no one can see, to question everything you once believed, and to sense that there's something more waiting on the other side of your healing.

That lived experience is what drives everything I do. I became a certified Brainspotting practitioner because I witnessed firsthand how this modality accesses the deepest layers of stored trauma the layers that talk therapy couldn't reach. I deepened my intuitive gifts and energy healing practice because I believe that true healing must address the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Today, I bridge evidence-based therapeutic techniques with intuitive spiritual healing. I hold space for women who are ready to stop surviving and start living in full alignment with who they truly are.

My Philosophy

I believe that healing is not about fixing what's broken it's about remembering what was always whole. Every person carries within them an innate wisdom, a deep knowing, and a capacity for profound transformation. My role is not to give you the answers, but to help you access the ones that already live inside you.

I also believe that the most powerful healing happens at the intersection of science and spirit. That's why I pair evidence-based Brainspotting therapy which has neurological research behind it with intuitive energy healing and spiritual guidance that honors the unseen dimensions of your experience.
